All pets must be current on their Rabies vaccine (Proof from the veterinarian required for ALL services)

We must wait 48 hours after any vaccine to groom your pet.

All Coupons are ONE per dog/per purchaser

All coupons have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24 hours or no show for your appointment you forfeit your coupon.

All appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there will be a late cancellation fee of $50 for each dog.

All no shows will have a now show fee at next appointment

Any pets left 2 hours after completion will be charged $5 per hour/ per dog for daycare.

Pets left after closing will be charged a $50 fee after 30 minutes and a $500 overnight fee will be applied and pets can be picked up the next business day.

If your pet has an emergency while in our care we will take them to the nearest vet hospital

We do not take any pet that has been given any kind a sedative or calming medication.

We do not take pets with any kind of open wounds or sores.

We do not take any pets that are in heat, pregnant, or nursing.
